Yarn Feeders: Fixed on both right and left ends of the rail with double sides,2-8 sets yarn carries can be changed at any place within the needle-bed area. It also equips special yarn carriers for float less intarsia pattern(optiondevice), special yarn carrier catching model is self-decided.
Sinker System: Sinker yarn system is of micro-adjustment
Racking System: AC servo-motor control. Any movement of needle bed within 2 inches is all controlled by stylized order. Each section is with function of 1/4p,1/2p,3/4p micro adjustable positions and special rack.
Main Take-Down System: Controlled by stepping motor in accordance with stylized order, the system has various sections of changeable tension for selection with keyboard.
Sub-Take-Down System: Controlled by stepping micro in accordance with stylized order, the system has various sections of changeable tension for selection. Automatically open and close.
Driving System: Controlled by AC motor, the system drives timing belt, thus making the carriage move. Various sections for selection, program can be freely made.
